Bayside Focus Group Rooms offers a variety of meeting rooms to suit your needs — from small, private rooms perfect for 2–4 people, to larger spaces that comfortably accommodate up to 30 attendees.

Our meeting rooms are designed to support productive, collaborative work — with Wi-Fi, whiteboards, presentation screens, and optional catering and kitchen facilities available on-site.

Whether you’re reuniting your remote team or meeting face-to-face with clients, our Hampton-based venue provides the perfect setting to connect, collaborate, and grow.

We offer rooms for various group sizes:

  • Small: up to 4 people
  • Medium: 5–10 people
  • Large: up to 50 people (depending on configuration)

Contact us for custom setups or larger events.

Booking includes:

  • TV screen to connect a laptop to
  • Whiteboard & markers

Yes, we offer in-person and virtual tours upon request. You can book an in-person tour on our website. Click on Check Availability then go to Venue Tour to book this in.

Our meeting rooms are available 7 days a week – day or evening
Weekends are by appointment only. We do not have staff at the venue on a weekend unless there is a booking.

A $50 payment is required to confirm a meeting room booking. Payment can be made on our booking form online via credit card. If you prefer to pay via EFT transfer just send us an

Yes. Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance are fully refundable. Rescheduling is free, subject to availability.

The minimum booking duration is usually 1 hour, with half-hour increments thereafter
