In 2015, Sarah Heath purchased our very first office space and completely transformed it into a modern, purpose-built focus group facility. With years of experience in market research recruitment, Sarah recognised a growing need for professional focus group rooms located outside Melbourne’s CBD.

By March 2016, the renovation was complete, and the first Bayside Focus Group Rooms were ready to welcome clients. Later that year, we officially opened our doors — providing businesses and researchers with a professional, flexible, and welcoming environment in the heart of Hampton, within Melbourne’s beautiful Bayside area.

When COVID-19 changed the way people work, we adapted by broadening our services to include meeting and co-working spaces. This expansion has allowed members of the Bayside community to enjoy a local, convenient venue for meetings, workshops, and remote work.

In October 2023, we grew again, purchasing the office next door. This exciting expansion enabled us to offer larger meeting spaces and accommodate sensory projects and group sessions with greater flexibility.

Sarah’s vision has always been simple: to make high-quality meeting and research facilities accessible locally, without the stress of travelling into the city. Today, that vision continues to guide Bayside Focus Group Rooms — a trusted and versatile space for interviews, focus groups, sensory testing, team meetings, workshops, and anyone seeking a quiet place to work productively and comfortably.
